Marbella: Spain’s second capital of luxury
According to a study from Luxury Spain, Marbella has claimed second in terms of luxury items sold, with 27% of the market, just behind Barcelona occupying 32%. This sector is estimated to sell 5.43 billion euros this year. Its drive: tourism of wealthy Americans, Japanese, Indians and Qataris. Being a capital of luxury goods Marbella’s property market has to have fine establishments to accommodate those who buy these products, and it does.
