Vivre à Nueva Andalucia
Nueva Andalucia is one of the Costa del Sol’s most popular residential areas. This is due to its location, about midway along the coast, and the fact that it lies in the foothills of La Concha mountain, providing its residents with spectacular views of both this landmark and the Mediterranean Sea.
Furthermore, parts of Nueva Andalucia are a mere few minutes walk from the famous marina of Puerto Banús, and central Marbella is only a 10-minute drive away, as is neighbouring San Pedro de Alcántara. Essentially, it is an ideal area for all age groups, because of its infrastructure and its proximity to a wealth of sports and leisure activities, as well as beaches. This all makes it very appealing to property buyers who want easy access to amenities but be located somewhere with stunning scenery.
