The kitchen is renovated and the laundry area is fully equipped. The dining room offers the space typical of a house rather than an apartment and the terrace, also very spacious, has been closed with glass, offering a second dining area that gives us access to the private garden, totally personalized and decorated with different plants and pots. The light and privacy makes us think that it is probably the most enjoyed part of the house!
Although the current owner chose carpets to cover her floors, the original marble is preserved underneath.
On the upper floor we find two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a third room. We are struck by the size of the master bedroom with two small balconies overlooking the private garden.
