Apartment located in Marina de Casares coast a few minutes walk from the beach and the town of Sabinillas
Marina de Casares Golf is a small secure urbanization with parking areas at the door of the houses. It has a large community pool and the gardens are very nice and well kept.
This corner ground floor apartment has one of the largest terraces in the house as it surrounds the house and measures 65m2. This outdoor area is very beautiful, with many flowers and due to its orientation to the south it has direct light all day. The terrace has a covered part and thus enjoy the summer days.
The house is very nice, cozy and familiar and does not share an entrance with another house.
The apartment has a very comfortable living room with access to the terrace, a fully furnished and equipped American-style kitchen.
From the living room through a corridor you access the bedrooms. The large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom has fitted wardrobes.
