This residence is located on the middle floor in a well-maintained and pleasant complex with 3 pools and 1 children's pool, palm trees and a lovely lawn.
The home has 2 spacious terraces, which means you can sit outside all year round and always have access to sun and shade from the terraces. One of them faces south and out of the compound and the other faces north and overlooks the fantastic pool area, mountains and golf course. On the terraces you can enjoy from morning to evening with nice dinners with friends and family or why not relax with a good book in hand.
There is an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room, which makes the home open, bright and homely. There are 2 spacious bedrooms, one of which is en-suite with jacuzzi. Both bedrooms have direct exits to the terraces, which is great in the summer to get a lovely breeze through the whole apartment. The home is located on the first floor (one flight up without a lift).
AC is installed separately in all rooms to always have a comfortable temperature all year round. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and a dishwasher. The washing machine is located on one of the terraces.
The home comes with furniture, a garage space and a storage room. There is also a private car park right outside the residence.
There is a bus stop 200 m from the residence, which makes it easy to transport to, for example, the center of Fuengirola. Nearby there are restaurants, a small grocery store, padel, golf courses, barbecue park and with just a few minutes by car there are larger grocery stores, gyms, cafes, bars, etc.
Here it is calm and harmonious and it is the ideal place if you want to live in a wonderful paradise in the countryside, but only a few minutes from the center and the beach. Mijas Golf is a well-known area, well-known for its beautiful nature and its spectacular golf course, which is one of the most popular on the coast.
