On the second floor we find the sleeping area, which consists of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The bedrooms are both large and bright, of which the master bedroom has its own terrace and fitted wardrobes.

The association has a nice pool area with sea views and a children's pool, you also have access to a gym and sauna. The train, which runs between Fuengirola and Malaga, stops at Torreblanca train station and is about 900m walking distance from the residence. By train, you can get to IKEA, Malaga city center, Benalmadena, the airport and the Plaza Mayor shopping center for just a few euros!
It is about 1km to the beach and the lovely promenade. There is also a bus that takes you down to the playa and the station.
This home is modern, bright, nice and has a fantastic location as it is a quiet and nice area, but is just a stone's throw from life and movement and easy transportation. It is also surrounded by beautiful nature and nice hiking trails in the mountains that are accessible directly outside. It is a real holiday paradise and also the perfect permanent home.
