This is a very nice townhouse over 2 floors with a good layout, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen, view to the sea and a very good location within walking distance to both the beach and the center of Riviera del Sol with restaurants and shops.
Only 150 meters from the sea and next to the popular center of Riviera del Sol with its large selection of restaurants and other services such as supermarket and pharmacy. In less than 5 minutes you can walk down to the beach and in 30 minutes you are in the center of the beautiful village of La Cala de Mijas. It is a short drive from Marbella, Fuengirola and the airport and is also well connected by bus
The urbanization is incredibly charming in Andalusian style with a beautiful communal garden and pool area.
On the first floor, there is an open-plan layout with a kitchen with modern appliances and a spacious living room with a dining area. In addition, there is a guest toilet. From the living room there is an exit to a covered field terrace to the south, with a sea view and further access to a small patch of garden and common green areas. In summer, the sun is so high that there is lovely shade on the terrace, while in the garden it is sunny from morning to evening.

Riviera has a reputation as a peaceful and welcoming oasis, and you have good access to motorways and public transport so you can easily explore Andalucia.
The townhouse is located in the lower part of the idyllic Riviera del Sol, a stone's throw from the Mediterranean. Riviera is located halfway between Fuengirola and Marbella and only 25 minutes by car from Malaga city and Malaga airport. The apartment is located in a well-maintained and closed (safe) urbanization with beautiful green areas and a large pool. The beach is only 150 meters (3 minutes walk) away and this beach (Playa Riviera) is rarely crowded, even in summer. Max Beach Club is located on this beach.
Two well-stocked supermarkets are a 2-minute walk away, one of which is open until after midnight in the summer. It is also only a 2-minute walk to several restaurants, bars, café, pharmacy, ATM, laundry, rental car, taxi rank, etc. The bus to Fuengirola/Malaga (to the east) and Marbella (to the west) both ways has a bus stop only 300-400 meters from the apartment.
