This beautiful and cozy finca is located in Carratraca, Malaga. Only 40 minutes from Malaga airport, or Malaga center and beaches. Ronda is only 50 minutes away. Carratraca is surrounded by breathtaking mountains, beautiful nature around you. For the geological reasons, Carratraca is interesting area. The finca is located on the new Malacitano Geological Path (Camino Geológico Malacitano (GR 340). You can enter the path almost next to your house. The closest train station in only 20 minutes away, Antequera-Santa Ana.
The finca is all in one-level, easy access from the main road A-357, all asphalted to the house. From the spacious private parking area good access also for disabled people or people with limited mobility.
Beautiful and flat 1000m2 garden plot with trees, flowers, hen house, swimming pool and patio. The views are amazing all over the plot. Night time you see the Carratraca town lights, very beautiful. Neighborhood is nice and very well maintained.
You enter the house to the extended living and dining room area. Very spacious and lot of natural light. Good quality windows, with the views to the mountains and Carratraca town. Here you have also another access to the other side of the house where you have laundry room and storage/workshop room. Small and functional kitchen with gas cooker. Spacious bathroom with shower and window.
The living room is super cozy with open fire fireplace and air-conditioning. Master bedroom has windows to both side of the house. Both bedrooms have build-in ward ropes.
