Second, shops, banks, restaurants, cafeterias are practically in front of the door and, for example, the beach <Calahonda Beach> can be reached in a maximum of 10 minutes walking. From here you can walk along the wooden path, directly by the sea, either to Cabopino or to the center of La Cala. There are numerous fish restaurants, beach bars and cafeterias along this trail to take a rest, lunch or your dinner.
The property has two entrances, one on the living level or via the underground car park, where there you find two private parking spaces.
