It is gated and well maintained, it has a lovely pool area with plenty of grassed areas around and offers secure parking for the owners. Extra features include an extended kitchen with laundry room, fibre optics, and marble floors throughout. The community fee is €200 per month byt reduced if paid by direct debit.
