This beautiful residential complex is located between Fuengirola and Marbella in Mijas Costa, Riviera del Sol, above the highway. Sunny Hills is a small, architecturally unique residential complex, designed like a small Andalusian village with 37 unique houses on different levels, underground parking, elevatorsand a beautiful garden and pool area with three pools. All daily needs, restaurants and bars as well as the beach can be reached within a few minutes by car. The school bus stops right next to the housing complex.
Location of the house within the residential complex:
The entrance area of this Andalusian style house is opposite the beautiful pool area (north). Inside the house, the hallways, staircase and bathrooms are oriented in this direction.
The big sun terrace / large roof terrace with beautiful panoramic view to the sea (south) and to the beautiful garden- and pool area (north), is one of the extraordinary highlights.
The living and sleeping areas as well as the kitchen and the private garden are sufficient in the opposite direction of the pools (south), so there is no noise pollution in the season,
but a privileged location within the community.
The house:
Andalusian style on the outside - and modern, high-quality, spacious, bright and architecturally unique on the inside.
Stairs and floors (except bathrooms): White marble. Air conditioning: Complete new installation in 2021.
Entrance level:
You enter this house via the large entrance gallery, from which you have a wonderful overview of the large living area below, which is open at the top.
On the right you reach two beautiful bedrooms via a hallway with bay window.
The window panes of the bay window were coated with a special privacy and heat
protection film in 2021. From outside they look like mirrors at day.
Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and from both you have beautiful sea views.
One bedroom has a pretty little balcony.
This hallway also leads to one of the bathrooms with a bathtub and connections for a washing machine and dryer.
A large, illuminated mirror and a high-quality hanging custom-made vanity unit (both
Germany, 2020) complete this bathroom.
On the left side of the entrance gallery is the staircase.
Upstairs:
The stairs lead to the large sun terrace/roof terrace from which you have great panoramic views to the south over the Mediterranean Sea.
On the other side you overlook the beautiful pool area (three pools) surrounded by gardens.
Downstairs:
The staircase leads directly into the spacious open dining and living area, which are extremely airy and spacious thanks to its many windows and the open ceiling.
In 2021 the large panes of glass in the south windows were replaced. Since then there are privacy window panes with heat protection.
No difference to the other windows can be seen from the inside! From outside they look like mirrors at day.
The private garden can be accessed from the living room. The living room has a fireplace and offers a nice view up to the entrance gallery.
The dining area leads into the open, modern kitchen (2020) with high-quality elements. Worktops and wall protection made of granite, corner cupboard with 3 x "Magic Corner" (Switzerland), electrical equipment from Siemens, AEG, Liebherr (Induction hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave), bar counter with 4 bar stools.
The private garden can be accessed from the kitchen.
The guest toilet
with bathroom furniture and small medicine cabinet is located directly next to the stairs on
the right.
To the right of the guest toilet is a door that leads to the private area via the private hallway.
The hallway with built-in wardrobe, master bedroom and master bathroom are located here.
The nice master bedroom has access to the private garden.
The master bathroom with underfloor heating was completely redone in 2020 - including all wall tiles.
It has a large walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, double sink with hanging custom-made vanity unit (Germany), a large lighted mirror, a small height-adjustable lighted mirror with magnification.
The private garden:
These 50m2 are laid out like a little romantic tropical oasis.
Surrounded by many very beautiful large tropical plants - including climbing plants - is paved
with natural stones and offers enough space for nice barbecues or meetings with friends.
The garden plants are watered via an individually adjustable watering system
(timer - day/minutes).
Highlights:
• A large three-storey lion head wall fountain with a pump that keeps the water circulating.
• An in 2021 installed large fully cassette awning, electric with radio remote control in a
white cassette case.
This awning spans the entire width of the garden and can be extended up to 3.50 m.
Parking and separate storage room:
Inside the community area an underground parking space belongs to this house.
A private, fire protected built storage room is located at the back of that parking space
