Perfectly maintained country house just a 5-minute drive from the pleasant village of Alhaurin el Grande. As the new owner of this beautiful country house, you enjoy living on "the campo" without the maintenance of a large plot. The maintenance-friendly plot is about 1000m2 and is beautifully landscaped. From the automatic gate you will immediately find a large carport and behind it the heated swimming pool (24m2). On the other side of the driveway we find various fruit trees and the cozy bar with barbecue and various seating areas. At the rear of the bar is the outdoor kitchen with sink. Cooking outside all summer long!
Next to the bar is the guest house with its own bathroom. There is enough space here to place a small kitchen unit.
The main house is characterized by a very spacious veranda, overlooking the garden. Next to the house is an olive tree field. That is not part of the house, but the low fence between the two plots gives you a very spacious feeling, but not the maintenance of thousands of square meters of land.
From the veranda we can also go to the sun terrace with a magnificent view of Alhaurin el Granda and the mountains behind it.
