This detached villa on the outskirt of Coin sits in a fantastic location walking distance to many bars and restaurant. The urbanisation where the villa is located has mixture of full time residents and part time residences with a lovely sense of community.
The house is designed on several levels, the pool area is located on the ground floor with a neat little garden with Orange and Lemon trees. From the terrace there are panoramic views over Coin to the Sierra de las Nieves, these views are only out done by the terrace on the second level which is half covered.
Overlooking the pool is a shaded terrace leading to the lounge with log burning fire and air conditioning opening to the dining room, fully fitted kitchen and office. The master bedroom with ensuite is also located on this floor.
On the second level is the second bedroom with adjoining bathroom, the terrace leading from this room also has panoramic views. Up one more level for the third bedroom which currently is used for multi purposes and thus has a single pull down bed.
