If this should be part of your wish list, a lot is done. The penthouse apartment is located in an area called Miraflores in the municipality of Mijas Costa. Marbella town is about 13 minutes by car. If you do not rent a car at the airport, or have your own car in the garage, you can take the train to Fuengirola town Center and 10 minutes later you are home. You can reach about 15 golf courses within 20 minutes' drive. To Malaga city about 30 minutes.
The apartment is built on 2 levels. Downstairs you will find a large living room that leads out to a terrace fitted around the corner of the building. The kitchen which has a small west facing balcony is separate but open to the living room. On this floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them en-suite with a huge shower.
