When you enter the house, you first enter a practical hallway. Lower level:
From the hallway the stairs go down to the lower floor. Here you will find a further bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet. The area can be closed with a gate. There are also several store rooms on this level.

Urbanization:
Tanbello is a well-run urbanization with only 12 houses and very nice neighbors. It was built in 1998. There is a communal pool with nice sun loungers and parasols. Also from the pool there is a great sea view.
The area:
Tanbello is in a very good location. It is located midway between the center of Benalmadena, Arroyo de la Miel, and Avenida de la Palmeras which takes you straight to the beach. Arroyo de la Miel is a cozy town with lots of shops, restaurants and all other amenities, this area is full of life all year round. In Avenida de las Palmeras there are many good restaurants, a large Mercadona and a racket club with paddle and tennis courts.
The train station in Arroyo de la Miel is right in the center, and here you can take the train to the airport, the Plaza Mayor and Malaga shopping mall, but also the other way to Fuengirola. Benalmadena is close to the airport, about 15 minutes drive, and it is about 20 minutes to Malaga and Marbella.
In the area you can do all sorts of activities: Golf, pedal, tennis and all kinds of water sports.
There are fantastic views of the Mediterranean and Africa from all floors, the house has an ideal sunny orientation, and the general distribution of the rooms makes this an ideal family home.
