THE HOUSE
This contemporary villa will inspire you from the very first moment you enter the house. Its modern design, open spaces and limestone floors make you want to stay and feel at home. As you enter the house, from the foyer, you immediately see the Mediterranean Sea, the garden and the pool. The covered terrace in front of the house can be used for entertaining or
quiet relaxation. The 4 bedrooms are all en-suite and neutrally designed. The Master Suite is pure luxury with its high ceilings, walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with freestanding bath again to appreciate the views whilst relaxing. There is an extra bedroom/games room with bathroom with access from outside.
THE AREA
El Paraiso, as the Spanish name suggests, "The Paradise", is a pleasant residential area located just 10 minutes from both Marbella and Estepona and less than 45 minutes' drive from Malaga and Gibraltar airports.
El Paraíso is divided into 3 areas: Paraiso Alto (the most elevated zone), Paraiso Medio (the zone in the middle closer to the golf course) and Paraiso Barronal (which is the lower zone next to the beach on the New Golden Mile).
The areas offer luxury villas, apartments and townhouses in peaceful and beautiful environments.
Its private residences can offer stunning views and private gardens and vary as much in design and size as they do to suit ones budget, offering something for everyone.
