132 - Al Ándalus presents this semi-detached house for which I cannot find enough adjectives to describe it. From the outside it seems normal and similar to all the others in the Taralpe area, a highly valued area, but once you go through the front door you realize that it is a property that has been conceived and thought to BE HAPPY! Light, space, good taste, comfort, quality, etc.. what more can we say about this great little jewel and located in one of the best areas of Alhaurin for its tranquility and proximity to all the town´s facilities.
It is a house designed for a young family with a project for the future. We are greeted by a small but charming front garden with a small terrace to take advantage of the winter sun; then there are a couple of stairs that take us to the spacious and elegant hall that acts as a distributor for both the living room, the kitchen and then the stairs for both the upper area and the basement area.
The kitchen (Schmidt), It is a poem; THE PLACE par excellence, it has been made welcoming, spacious, bright and elegant on top... It looks like something out of a magazine! with exit a wonderful terrace that in turn overlooks the back garden. A good size and bright living room also with access to the terrace and garden, as well as a toilet.
From the hall we access the first floor where we find the 4 bedrooms, all wonderful and the main one with its bathroom en suite and large dressing room.
In the basement area, I think the name does not do it justice! nothing to do with the idea we have of basements!! It is another spacious, bright, well-distributed space with many possibilities to create extra spaces if you plan to increase the family or receive relatives, a work area, leisure... endless ideas.
In all rooms, air conditioning hot / cold, double glazing. fiber optic and close to schools and other facilities.
Only 20minutes from Malaga airport, golf courses and beaches at The Costa del Sol.
