On the ground floor we enter the house through the veranda and enter the central hall. From here we can go to the living room, guest bathroom and guest bedroom. The living room is characterized by the large windows that give you the feeling of sitting in a painting. The view is phenomenal on all sides. The living room (with central heating has an open kitchen of high quality (German) manufacture with built-in appliances from Bosch. From the dining area we can also enjoy the beautiful view. The kitchen has a separate exit to the covered terrace on the long side of the house.
On the same level as the living room is also the bedroom (with view and access to the pool) with ensuite bathroom. The bedroom has a large wardrobe for clothes.
From the central hall we go down the marble staircase and through a hall we enter the guest apartment with ensuite bathroom and a private spacious kitchen. Next to the guest room, we corss the large garage (55m2!) to a fourth bedroom, currently in use as an office. On this level is also a technical room (with poolpump) and another storage/workshop of 30m2. Thanks to its surface and preparation (piping and drainage), this floor has all the possibilities to create 2 or 3 extra guest rooms and thus start a B&B.
The terrace with the spacious swimming pool is once again enchanting with a view of the Sierra de las Nieves and the surrounding valleys. There is enough space around the pool for seats and sunbeds. Here is also the spacious sauna, outdoor shower and toilet. A small step is leading you to a private hide-away with a lounge-chair to enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine...
The plot is over 17000m2. Behind the house is a large parking lot, which can also be used as a helicopter landing area. The garden is beautifully landscaped with cozy seating areas and masonry stairs everywhere. Here, too, nothing has been left to chance. Next to the parking space is the storage space for the gas bottles for the central heating. There is a pre-installation for airco in the walls of the livingroom and 2 bedrooms. Due to the good insulation of the house the current owners never needed an aircon.
