THE HOLIDAY RENTAL COTTAGE has two double bedrooms and a double basin bathroom with shower. The lounge has a Hergom wood burning stove with a feature stone clad wall and is open plan to the kitchen diner. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and granite worktops. The lounge has a Solatube natural daylight system. There are Casablanca ceiling fans in all rooms.
The Casita has been successfully rented for many years via holiday rental portals providing a nice extra income
The Finca and Casita have been decorated with much attention to detail and are beautifully presented with solid wooden doors and chestnut beams throughout.

Both buildings have their own private terraces going down to and around the swimming pool. There is a covered bar, which has brezo privacy screens around it. Wi Fi coverage in both buildings including the terraces.

All windows are double glazed and are fitted with fly-screens and traditional ironwork. Both buildings have full gas central heating, with radiators in all rooms and controlled by a large capacity Buderus boiler. This is installed in the utility room, which separates the Finca and Casita. It also has a large sink set in a granite worktop, dryer and washing machine.

The vineyard has 700 tempranillo and 400 syrah vines. It produces around 1000 bottles of wine a year. There is a separate winery with stainless steel fittings and storage for 5000 bottles of wine.

The gated pool is 12x4 metres. There are steps in the pool for easy access and ledge around the shallow end to sit. There is a separate pump house with filter and pump. The surrounding terrace has lots of space for sunbeds, tables and chairs and the bar has a waterproof roof and a covering vine. It has a sink and two electrical points.
The fully fenced property has apple, pear, orange, lemon, peach, cherry, quince, lime, nectarine, plum, walnut, almond and olive trees and areas for growing produce.
Situated only a five minute walk from the village of Estación de Cortes where there is a railway station. Trains go to Ronda, Granada or down to Gibraltar (via San Roque) and Algeciras.
