The area around the villa is completely fenced. On the street side is a garden wall with a wrought iron entrance gate to the house and an automatic wrought iron gate to the driveway and garage. All windows and sliding doors have shutters.
Interesting sights and activities:
At 4 kilometers from the villa is the covered shopping center MIRAMAR with the Carrefour supermarket and many shops, restaurants and cinemas. At 5 kilometers from the villa is the well-known seaside resort of Fuengirola with 8 kilometers of boulevard and sandy beach with many beach restaurants where you can also rent beach beds and umbrellas. In Fuengirola you will find an extensive selection of shops, restaurants, bars, terraces and 3 weekly markets. The port of Fuengirola is also worth a visit. Here are several restaurants and you can book all kinds of water sports or, for example, a boat trip to Benalmádena.
Activities and golf
There are several golf courses in the vicinity of the villa. The nearest golf course, Cerrado del Águila golf, is just 2.5 kilometers from the villa. Next to the clubhouse are also 6 paddle tennis courts. There are plenty of activities to visit in the area, such as the beautifully landscaped zoo of Fuengirola, the water parks Aquapark Mijas and Aquapark Torremolinos and the Tivoli World Park in Benalmadena, the largest theme park on the Costa del Sol. The funicular, located next to the Tivoli Park, takes you from Benalmadena to the top of the Calamorro mountain, where you can enjoy a bird of prey show and the breathtaking view over the coast and on a clear day as far as Africa.
