This traditional finca on the outskirts of Monda sits on its own hill top with panoramic views of the mountains and village in the distance.
Property Details:
You are immediately impressed by the large DOUBLE Height entrance hall that welcomes you. To the right is the music area of the entrance hall with access to the dining room and downstairs bedrooms.
The lounge is especially large with Inglenook fireplace as main feature. Double patio doors lead to one of the covered terrace that overlooks the pool area. This property is very well designed with the lounge, kitchen and dining room both leading to the pool area.
The kitchen is fully fitted with integral appliances and granite work surface and a centre island. Double patios doors lead to the terrace with a side door leading to the shaded terrace that is also accessed from the lounge. The utility room sits to the side of the ktichen.
