Big Cortijo for renovation and possible for a B&B.
Very large cortijo of 750 m2 situated in a beautiful green valley on a plot of 13,000 m2 covered with around 600 ecological orange and lemon trees.
Located ten minutes from Alora near the hamlet of "Las Mellizas" with a train station, restaurants and bars and 45 minutes from Malaga city and the airport.
The main building dates back to late nineteenth century and after renovation it may contain 8 bedrooms with bathroom.
There are many characteristic elements at present and after renovation the old Spanish character will be brought back into the building.

After renovation this building would be a beautiful big house for a big family or a big B&B subject to obtaining the necessary licences.
Certainly a B&B would be welcome given the "Caminito del Rey" is now restored and there is a lot of tourism to discover the nature of "El Chorro" and "El Torcal".
