Fantastic bar for sale right in the centre of Marbella. The location is absolutely amazing, just a minute stroll to the beach and the old town. The bar has seating inside and a terrace which is shaded from the trees in the opposite square. There is a carpark right next to the bar and there is constant footfall in this area. The owner is selling the local due to financial reasons but the bar is currently rented so if the new owner wants to have a successfully rented premises from day one, with good tenants, that is an option. If not, the rental contract can be terminated and the bar sold without a rental agreement.
