The villa, boasting 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is very spacious and bright. There are spaces within the property that make it accessible for adding another bedroom or office. Additionally, there is the possibility of building a second floor, as some neighbors in the community have done.

The kitchen has access to a laundry room and a small rear area where we can have breakfast or enjoy reading a book. It also provides direct access to the terrace/patio.
