Situated at a 15mn walking distance from the amenities and the beach in the lower part of Calahonda, this townhouse is in the middle of the very sought after Urbanization of Triana de Calahonda. It enjoys the sun all day. All the rooms are facing south and it has a large gated garden which is communal and maintained by the gardener of the community but only for personal use.
