The upper floor of the house, which is also the entrance floor, has an entrance hall, living room, kitchen, dining room, toilet and a spacious, partially covered terrace with a dining table.
Downstairs there are four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a hobby room, a laundry room and a large outdoor yard where is the heated swimming pool and a bbq area.
The house has been thoroughly renovated recently. All rooms have air conditioning/heating. There is a place for one car inside the gate and there is space for another car in front of the house. The street ends in front of the house, so there is no through traffic.
It is 1.6 km to Benalmádena Pueblo, 1.5 km to Torremuelle train station and 1.8 km to the Mediterranean coast, so you don't necessarily need a car to get around.
The villa has a tourist license. Furniture is included in the price.
